How to PRAY - Easy, Quick, for Reals.

Welcome to Daily Bread my Friends and Beautiful Humans - where we’re engaging simple, powerful things you can do now, to move through and bless this time of change. Three simple, powerful things we can do to help ourselves, our loved ones and all of humanity are:

  1. PRAYER

  2. MEDITATION

  3. CONTEMPLATION

And today I invite you to consider PRAYER as simply 3 things:

  1. SAYING THANK YOU

  2. ASKING FOR HELP

  3. ASKING FOR OTHERS TO EXPERIENCE WHAT’S MOST BENEFICIAL FOR THEM

1) SAYING THANK YOU for whomever or whatever you are genuinely grateful or thankful for.  And if you’re just not feeling it, don’t lie, move on to step two:

2) ASKING FOR HELP from whomever and whatever is or may be available to help you - within your own personal universe that makes up your being, and/or outside and around you. Inviting internal guidance, support, protection, companionship and external guidance, support, protection, companionship to render aid to whatever you want to change, grow or diminish.

3) ASK FOR OTHERS TO EXPERIENCE WHAT’S MOST BENEFICIAL FOR THEM because what’s beneficial is benevolent, charitable, humane; resulting in good - even if praying for your enemies and violators, it’s not for more fuel for detrimental activities, but to empower what’s beneficial - for all.

So today, I invite you to offer the Gift Of your Breath into a soft belly, move your attention to your Right Brain, and be receptive to the deep desire in your own heart that is your most personally resonating prayer…

Take all the time you need.  It may come to you now, it may come into your awareness in the next few minutes, it may come to you when you’re in the shower…

Whenever it comes into your awareness, WRITE IT DOWN!  Because it may move through like a dream and be temporarily lost.

Because…

If it’s to be it’s up to We.

May you feel love flowing through you and to you.
